Who doesn’t love a good cup of potato soup?


2 cans (About 14 oz each) chicken broth
4 baking potatoes, cut into about 1 inch cubes
0.5 lb of ham, cut into about 1 inch cubes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup flour


1) Combine broth, potatoes, ham, onion, salt, and pepper into the crock-pot and mix the ingredients together.  Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
2) Use masher to slightly mash the potatoes.
3) Mix flour into almond milk.  Add to the crock-pot, stir well, and cook for another half hour.

Serve, eat, and enjoy!
